I am a marriage and family therapist in private practice specializing in work with adolescents, individuals, couples and families.
I have many years of experience as a therapist, dealing with a broad range of ages both male and female. I have worked in high schools, middle schools and private agencies. I have supervised interns. I have also worked with severe mental issues. Many of the issues I work with include but are not limited to depression, anxiety, better communication, parental teen conflict, relationship problems, self harm, school performance, academic challenges, self esteen, marital concerns, life transitions, family conflict, behavioral issues, ADHD and learning disabilities, addictions, anger management, coping skills, substance abuse and mood disorders.

I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
